Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made on IdeaRank AI (idearankai.software). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

1. Digital, instantly-delivered service

IdeaRank AI sells credits that unlock AI-generated outputs (verdicts and build tools). These are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a credit has been used to generate an output, that credit is non-refundable, because the service has already been rendered.

2. When you are eligible for a refund

We will review and, where appropriate, refund or re-credit your account if:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment);
You were charged but the credits were not added to your account;
A technical fault on our side prevented a purchased verdict from being generated and the credit was still deducted;
You were charged in error and have not used the purchased credits.

3. When refunds do not apply

Credits that have already been used to generate outputs;
Dissatisfaction with the content, tone, score, or conclusion of an AI-generated verdict (outputs are AI estimates, not guaranteed results);
Change of mind after credits have been consumed;
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms.

4. How to request a refund

Email syedmustafaa024@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with:

the email address on your account,
the Razorpay payment/transaction ID, and
a short description of the issue.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. As an alternative, and with your consent, we may re-credit your IdeaRank AI account instead of issuing a monetary refund.

6. Cancellations

Credit packs are one-time purchases; there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits remain on your account.
